Let your fountain be blessed, (Proverbs 5:18) Wow, you guys make a good couple (aesthetically and otherwise, I'm sure). How did you meet? My advice to you and everyone else who's engaged: get several months of pre-marital counseling. I married an awesome and 99% perfect guy, but we went through counseling with our pastor for six months, and it really helped. Our eight year-plus marriage has been virtually problem-free, and we've had a lot of trials thrown our way. We met in our local church. Best place to meet as far as I'm concerned. But that's another post. Pre-marital counseling is a non-negotiable at our church. We wouldn't have it any other way. We also had good Godly counsel throughout our courtship. I'm no dummy. Dude must be a Nupe, right?! A nupe? Nope. Although when he reads this, he will laugh. He is vehemently not a fan of Greek life. Yeah, I figured that. Just thought he could be "The Chosen One," the one destined to Just kiddin'. I really hope you will do a post about Godly dating. I am currently single, and I am hoping to meet my future husband in church. It's kind of hard when single men choose not to attend, though. Hi Ahnivah. Catch me at Modestyzone.
