November 4, 2004 Mailbag This one's from my editor at Seaspot. I'm horrible on my moving deadlines for articles. You should see the email exchanges we have about the content of my articles. I'm not too fonda John and don't really listen to what he says. Ha ha. But I was fine with Leiberman as long as he was with Gore. In fact, I respected his tendency to lean the other direction in spite of his party. But as far as George Bush being cut any type of slack with Democrats, he may need to branch across party lines in his next cabinet. Whether or not that person is Joe, I'd need to think on it a bit. If George really does want to unify this country (which part of me says, "screw it and let them cry") then he'll probably have to choose a Dem to be on his cabinet. But, there are some pretty safe Dems that aren't liberals that could fit in rather nicely and I think Joe L. could be one of them. Maybe not though... been wrong before. Hey Ambra, John McCain was on Leno tonight and suggested that Joe Leiberman become attorney general. How would you feel about that?
